Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only when a reader can identify the correct custodian. Colorado's free Judicial Docket Search shows public settings, but it is not the full case history. Informational registers of actions come through designated vendors, while official ROAs, orders, judgments, and certified copies remain with the Clerk of Court at Costilla Combined Court. Town cases have another split because San Luis and Blanca keep their own municipal records. This site arranges those contacts, portals, case-number clues, and request routes in one local reference.

What We Cannot Do
This resource is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Colorado court, clerk, Town, county, or state agency. Its role is limited:
- It cannot retrieve an official docket or filed case document for a visitor.
- It cannot set, confirm, continue, or cancel a hearing.
- It cannot alter, remove, suppress, or seal a court record.
- It cannot issue a certified or exemplified copy.
- It cannot give legal advice about a case, charge, order, or deadline.
- It cannot promise that a fee, contact detail, or setting has not changed.
An official or certified Costilla state-court record must come from the Clerk of Court at Costilla Combined Court. A municipal record must come from the Town clerk that maintains it.
